Reservations

Q: Should we make reservations for your cruises? If so, how far in advance?

A: We strongly suggest reserving in advance and as soon as possible.

Q: Why are there reservation fees when we book a cruise by phone?

A: Due to administrative costs related to telephone reservations, fees of $4.00 per paying person (adults, seniors, children over 6) are added to the bill.  However, when booking directly on our secure website, reservation fees are only $2.00 per paying person.

Q: What are the advantages if I book my cruise online?

A: The online reservation system is available 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. In addition, reservation fees are $2.00 per paying person, compared to $4.00 by phone.

Q: If I book a dinner cruise in advance, am I sure to have a window seat?

A: No, we cannot guarantee any particular place in the dining room.  We advise all customers to arrive at the indicated boarding time so that the maitre d’hôtel can assign you a table.
