  • Access for people with reduced mobility

    Manual wheelchairs and Motorized Mobility Aids (MMA)
    Motorized wheelchairs, scooters, quadcopters

    • For safety reasons, the maximum number of individuals using a manual wheelchair or a Mobility Aid Device (MMA) is limited to ten (10), with a maximum restriction of three (3) individuals using MMAs;
    • Since additional personnel must be provided on the ship for safety reasons, it is necessary for persons using manual wheelchairs or an AMM to make a reservation at least 48 hours in advance and to specify the type of equipment used to the AML agent at the time of reservation;
    • Croisières AML may make an exception to the above rule if passengers using mobility aids arrive at the boarding dock without a reservation and if the number of personnel on the ship is sufficient to meet safety requirements;
    • Certain conditions could restrict accessibility for a person with a MMA, either due to the unavailability of deck C or inadequate water levels for the use of the boarding ramp adapted.

    Persons with reduced mobility without wheelchairs

    • Boats accessible at all times;
    • Assistance in moving the passenger from the moment of arrival at the bridge or before, depending on the passenger's needs.
