The Complexe Capitale Hélicoptère has the right to cancel a flight because of bad weather or for safety reasons. This cancellation may happen right before take off. If these events occur, the Complexe Capitale Hélicoptère is not responsible for any additional fees that the client or passenger will have to pay to go to the departure point.

Weather clause
Depending on the weather, we may have to skirt cloudy masses so the trip may be slightly altered.

Departure conditions
To allow take off, a minimum of two (2) passengers per helicopter is required and the maximum passenger capacity is six (6) people.

Limitations
Please note that the maximum weight per passenger allowed is 230 pounds. Passenger over this weight will have to pay additional seating charges.
