Montreal Wharf and Ticket Office

The Montreal ticket office is located directly at the boarding wharf, at the Port of Montreal Grand Quay (200, rue de la Commune Ouest). This is the embarkation and disembarkation point for all cruises departing from Montreal. Its central location in the heart of Old Montreal makes it easily accessible and ideally situated.

On the day of your cruise, please stop by the ticket office first to collect your tickets, then make your way to the boat for boarding.

Paid parking is available directly at the Grand Quay (approximately 250 spaces), along with accessible parking for people with reduced mobility, bicycle parking, and electric vehicle charging stations.

We recommend arriving at the wharf approximately 30 minutes before your scheduled boarding time to ensure a smooth embarkation and avoid any delays.
