Quebec City Wharf and Ticket Office

The Quebec City ticket office is located directly at the boarding wharf, at Quai Chouinard (10, rue Dalhousie). This is the embarkation and disembarkation point for all cruises departing from Quebec City. Its central location in Old Quebec, in the heart of the historic Petit Champlain district, makes it easily accessible and ideally situated.

On the day of your cruise, please stop by the ticket office first to collect your tickets, then make your way to the boat for boarding.

Paid parking is available directly at Quai Chouinard, but it fills up quickly during the summer season. Several additional paid parking options are available nearby, including SPAQ Canotiers (40, rue Dalhousie), Pointe-à-Carcy parking (84, rue Dalhousie), and Jetée parking (4, rue de Quercy).

We recommend arriving at the wharf approximately 30 minutes before your scheduled boarding time to ensure a smooth embarkation and avoid any delays.
