CROISIÈRES AML X HÔTEL MONVILLE
The contest is organized by Croisières AML. It takes place in Québec from June 13, 2025, until June 19, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. EST.
Eligibility
The contest is open to all individuals who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence who wish to participate in the contest and who meet the eligibility criteria.
Employees, contract employees, officers or directors of Croisières AML are not eligible to participate in the contest.
Individuals eligible for the contest must have a civic address in Canada.
Participation
To enter the contest, individuals must:
- Follow the social media accounts: @croisieresaml and @hotelmonville on Facebook and Instagram
- Like the contest post and share it in their story
- Tag the person they'd love to share this experience with in the comments
Limit of one (1) entry per individual. No purchase necessary.
The contest organizers and their representatives reserve the right to disqualify a person or cancel one or more entries from a person if they participate or attempt to participate in the current contest using means that contravene this regulation or are unfair to other contestants (e.g., exceeding the permitted entry limit, computer hacking, etc.).
The winner of this contest will be determined by a random draw from among eligible contestants. Any entry that, upon verification, does not meet the criteria mentioned above will be rejected. Another winner will then be drawn to replace them.
The contest organizers, as well as their employees, agents, and representatives, disclaim any responsibility for any potential malfunction of any computer component, software, or communication line, for the loss or absence of network communication, or for any transmission that is faulty, incomplete, incomprehensible, or erased by any computer or network, which may prevent a person from participating in the contest or limit their ability to participate.
By participating in this contest, the contestant agrees to release the contest organizers, as well as their employees, agents, and representatives, from any liability for any damage they may incur due to their participation or attempt to participate in the contest.
Prize
The winner of the contest will win a Red Carpet dinner-cruise with prime view of the International des Feux Loto-Québec fireworks, followed by a nightly stay, for two people, including breakfast, at the Monville hotel in Montréal. The total prize is valued at approximately $1200.
Upon reservation only, subject to availability. The prize is valid for the opening night only, on June 26, 2025.
The prize must be accepted as described in these rules. It cannot be substituted for another prize, partially or in full, exchanged for cash, or transferred to a third party.
In all cases, the contest organizers are not obligated to award a greater number of prizes than indicated in these rules. They will not be held responsible in the event of loss, theft, or misuse of this prize.
The winner releases the contest organizers, as well as their subsidiaries, employees, agents, and representatives, from any liability for any damage they may incur due to the acceptance or use of the prize.
Drawing
A random draw will be conducted on June 20, 2025, before 11:59 PM at 124 St-Pierre Street, Québec City (Québec) G1K 4A7, among the contestants who have submitted their content according to the above-mentioned rules. The winner will be contacted by private message.
Chances of Winning
The number of potential contestants is approximately 80 000 persons and the chances of winning are estimated at about 1/80 000.
Prize Allocation
The person responsible for organizing this contest at Croisières AML will get in touch with the winners by responding to their private message or email to determine how they will receive their prize. In the event that the winner cannot be reached within five (5) days following the end of the contest, a new draw will be conducted by Croisières AML.
General Conditions
Failure by a selected contestant to comply with any conditions stipulated in these rules or the refusal of a prize will result in disqualification. In such a case, a new draw will be conducted to allocate the prize in accordance with these rules until a contestant is selected and declared a winner. In the event that no winner is declared within sixty (60) days following the draw, the contest organizers may, at their discretion, cancel the prize.
Entries and liability waiver forms are the property of the contest organizers and will not be returned to the contestants.
The contest organizers reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend, in whole or in part, the contest in the event of any event or human intervention that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or conduct of the contest.
