Contest Rules

The contest is held by Croisières AML. It takes place in Quebec City from June 23 to July 9, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EST.

Eligibility

The contest is open to all individuals who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence, who wish to participate in the contest and who meet the participation criteria.

Employees, contract employees, officers, or directors of Croisières AML are not eligible to participate in the contest.

Eligible participants in the contest must have a civic address in Canada.

Participation

To participate in the contest, participants must:

Limit of one (1) entry per person. No purchase necessary.

The organizers of the contest and their representatives reserve the right to disqualify a person or cancel one or more entries from a person if they participate or attempt to participate in this contest using a method that violates these rules, the law, or is unfair to other participants, for example, exceeding the permitted number of entries, computer hacking, etc.

The winner of this contest will be determined by a random draw from among eligible participants. Any entry that, upon verification, does not meet the criteria mentioned above will be rejected. Another winner will then be randomly selected as a replacement.

The organizers of the contest, as well as their employees, agents, and representatives, disclaim all liability for any malfunction of any computer component, software, or communication line, for any loss or absence of network communication, or for any failed, incomplete, incomprehensible, or deleted transmission by any computer or network that may prevent a person from participating in the contest or limit their ability to participate.

By participating in this contest, each person agrees to release the organizers of the contest, as well as their employees, agents, and representatives, from any liability for any damage they may suffer as a result of their participation or attempted participation in the contest.

Prize

  • A 3-course dinner cruise for 2 people, in Montreal or Quebec City. Approximate prize value: $ 260.

By reservation only, subject to availability. The prize is valid for the 2026 season only, until October 31, 2026.

The prize must be accepted as described in these rules. It may not be substituted for another prize, exchanged in whole or in part for cash, or transferred to a third party.

In all cases, the organizers of the contest shall not be required to award more prizes than the number indicated in these rules. They shall not be held responsible in the event of loss, theft, or misuse of the prize.

The winner releases the organizers of the contest, as well as their subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives, from any liability for any damage they may suffer as a result of accepting or using the prize.

Draw

A random draw will be held on July 10, 2026, before 11:59 p.m., at 124 St-Pierre Street, Quebec City, QC G1K 4A7, from among the participants, in accordance with the established rules. The winner will be contacted by privae message.  

Odds of Winning

The potential number of participants is approximately 91,000 people, and the odds of winning are approximately 1 in 91,000.

Awarding of the Prize

The person responsible for administering this contest at Croisières AML will contact the winner to determine how they will receive their prize. If the winner cannot be reached within five (5) days following the end of the contest, a new draw will be conducted by Croisières AML.

General Conditions

Failure by a selected participant to comply with any condition set out in these rules, or refusal of the prize, will result in disqualification. In such a case, a new draw will be conducted to award the prize, in accordance with these rules, until a participant is selected and declared the winner. In the event that no winner is declared within sixty (60) days following the draw, the organizers of the contest may, at their discretion, cancel the prize.

Entries and declaration and release forms are the property of the organizers of the contest and will not be returned to participants.

The organizers of the contest reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend, in whole or in part, this contest in the event of any occurrence or human intervention that may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or conduct of the contest.
