Photos and videos for promotional and advertising purposes

Croisières AML, its subsidiaries or any affiliated entity (collectively the "COMPANY") may, aboard its vessels, capture images, movements and voices of passengers through photographs or video recordings. Such content may be used by the COMPANY for advertising or promotional purposes including on its social media platforms, without the need for further compensation or consent.

Food allergies

Despite careful food preparation, the COMPANY cannot guarantee that the meals and food products served aboard its vessels are free of allergens, such as, nuts, gluten, lactose, seafood or others.

Consequently, the COMPANY disclaims any responsibility for allergic reactions resulting from the consumption of food aboard its vessels. unless they result from the personal act of a representative of the COMPANY.

Safety and accountability

In the event that a passenger exhibits behaviour that could be harmful to other passengers, crew members or unsafe for themselves, the COMPANY reserves the right to deny boarding due to their behaviour (intoxicated or otherwise), without any compensation. The passenger will be solely responsible for any costs incurred as a result of their behaviour.

The COMPANY undertakes to do its utmost to ensure that the cruise takes place according to the planed itinerary and the scheduled dates. However, certain events beyond its reasonable control, such as unfavorable weather conditions, force majeure, directives from competent authorities, public health emergencies, unforeseen technical failures, maritime traffic or other exceptional circumstances, may render cruising unsafe, illegal or impossible, leading to changes in the itinerary, delays, reshcedules or even cancellations. The departure on a cruise is also conditional upon the navigability of the vessel due to extreme temperatures, ice or mechanical breakdowns that may occur.

By accepting this ticket, the passenger acknowledges and agrees that the cruise offered by the COMPANY carries certain risks of material, physical and moral harm, which are notably related to navigation and weather conditions. The passenger accepts all risks of material, physical or moral harm that may occur at any time on board the vessel, including during the embarkation and disembarkation.

The passenger acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to submit any questions they may have to the COMPANY regarding these risks and are satisfied with the answers they received. The passenger waives any claim against the COMPANY, its directors, officers, employees and agents for any damages that may occur in relation with the inherent risks, unless these result from the personal actions of a representative of the COMPANY.

The passenger is responsible for monitoring their personal belongings and luggage aboard the vessel at all times and assumes the risk of theft or loss. By accepting this ticket, the holder agrees to the aforementioned conditions as well as the conditions stipulated on the ticket.
