Every dish includes a mini potato cassolette seasoned with salted herbs from the Bas-Saint-Laurent region and is served with bacon and chicken sausages.
- Captain’s Plate: scrambled eggs, meat pie, baked beans and cretons
- Warm crepes served with seasonal fruit, homemade coulis and cottage cheese ramekin
- Smoked salmon croissant, spinach cream, arugula, avocado mousse, and hollandaise sauce
- Smoked ham, roasted peppers, and mozzarella omelette
- Vegan option: French toast served with Maple syrup and fresh fruit
