  • Sweet tooth*: Warm choco-hazelnut pancakes with red berries and whipped cream

  • Terroir omelette*: Ham omelette with Portneuf brie cheese, chives and roasted peppers

  • Vegan casserole: Potatoes, vegan sausage and vegan cheese, roasted peppers, coulis of tomato and butternut squash
