Whales and Sunset in the Fjord!

Experience two of nature's greatest wonders on a single cruise, with the added bonus of one of the world's most beautiful sunsets! You'll embark on a journey to meet the ocean's giants aboard our specially designed whale-watching boats, which offer the best ecological footprint in the Marine Park.

You will also have the privilege of a 30 to 60-minute exploration of the majestic Saguenay Fjord, known for its steep rock walls rising up to 450 meters and breathtaking landscapes. Throughout this excursion, you will be accompanied by our certified naturalist guide, who will share fascinating insights about the marine mammals and the fjord itself.

What to expect:
  • The location: Board your vessel from the stunning Charlevoix region in the Saguenay–St. Lawrence Marine Park, internationally recognized as one of the best places in the world to observe whales.
  • Duration: This whale-watching cruise lasts approximately 3 hours. The first two hours are dedicated to marine mammal observation. Depending on the whale sightings, the boat will then head into the fjord for an exploration that can last from 30 to 60 minutes.
  • Professional Guide: All our whale-watching cruises are led and narrated by experienced and certified naturalist guides.
  • Panoramic Views: Enjoy the outdoor decks specially designed for marine mammal observation or relax in our fully glass-enclosed interior rooms with 180-degree panoramic views.
  • Memorable Moments: Capture photos and create unforgettable memories with some of the planet’s most majestic creatures.
  • Onboard Amenities: Savor a variety of meals at our bistro on one of the two fully glass-enclosed decks. Our boats are also equipped with complete restroom facilities.
  • Whale Guarantee: We have an exceptionally high observation rate. Since the marine park is a natural environment, sometimes mammals may be elusive. If no whales are spotted, you'll be invited to join another whale-watching and fjord excursion at no additional cost.
  • Tips and Tricks: If you are travelling by car from Montreal or Quebec City for a day trip, opt for a departure from Baie-Ste-Catherine to save time and avoid the Tadoussac ferry.
  • Upgrade Option: A VIP cruise option is also available.
