Book your river shuttle passage in just a few clicks. Reservation required before boarding, regardless of your departure point (Old Port, Île Sainte-Hélène or Longueuil).

How to book

• Online: use the "Buy my tickets" button on the river shuttles main page.

• By phone: dial 1-855-461-4766. Phone service 7 days a week, 8:30am to 7:00pm (8:30am to 5:00pm from September 10).

• In person: visit one of our ticket offices (Old Port, Île Sainte-Hélène or Longueuil), subject to availability.

Rates

One-way: $7 per person for all routes, including the Old Port ↔ Île Sainte-Hélène Express. Children 0-11: free (accompanied by an adult). See the Rates page for details.

Modifying your reservation

All sales are final: no refunds. However, you can change the time or date of your trip before departure. Three options:

• Visit one of our ticket offices in person.

• Call 1-855-461-4766.

• Send a detailed request by email to info@navettesfluviales.com including your confirmation number.

Before boarding

• Arrive at the boarding pier 10 minutes before departure.

• Have your reservation confirmation (paper or mobile) ready.

• Dogs are not allowed on board (except guide dogs).

• Bikes, skates and skateboards welcome at no extra charge.
