Discover our locally inspired bistronomic menu prepared on board by our executive chef. You can choose between a brunch menu or a cold buffet (sandwiches, salads, etc.)

  • Grilled vegetable and tempeh twist, house-made wild blueberry onion confit and balsamic vinegar caramel

• Main course

  • Vegetable tian, sautéed tofu, baby potatoes, roasted red pepper bisque and green peas infused with Appalachian truffle oil

• Dessert

  • Chocolate and avocado mousse strip, house made mixed berry coulis

• Coffee, tea
