  • The poultry and beef dishes are served with a potato gratin and fresh market vegetables

*The selection of the starter and main course is required 15 days prior to the event. **Beef is only available with the 2-choice option; additional charges apply. If the option with 2 choices is selected, the group supervisor must provide students with "poultry" or "beef" identifiers along with the boarding tickets on the evening of the event. The person in charge must also provide students with identification indicating “vegetarian” or “allergy,” if applicable.
