  • **Braised beef topped with a shallot and green peppercorn demi glace, infused with maple

  • All our dishes are served with a potato gratin and fresh market vegetables

• The Docking

  • Chocolate and strawberry mousse cake, served with a blueberry crème anglaise coulis

  • Replace your dessert with a service of sweet treats (macaron and mochi) for an additional $5.75 per person.

If the option with 2 choices is selected, the group supervisor must provide students with "poultry" or "beef" identifiers along with the boarding tickets on the evening of the event.
