  • All our dishes are served with a potato gratin and fresh market vegetables

• The Docking

  • Crispy chocolate and strawberry bar served with a salted-caramel flavoured crème anglaise coulis

*The selection of the starter and main course is required 15 days prior to the event. **Beef is only available with the 2-choice option; additional charges apply. If the option with 2 choices is selected, the group supervisor must provide students with "poultry" or "beef" identifiers along with the boarding tickets on the evening of the event.
