Charlevoix Wharf and Ticket Office

Located just steps from the boarding wharf, the Charlevoix ticket office is the meeting point for all whale watching tours departing from Baie-Sainte-Catherine, whether by boat or Zodiac.

Before boarding, you must first collect your physical tickets at the Charlevoix ticket office. Parking at the ticket office for the duration of your activity is not available, but paid public parking can be found a short distance up the road. Feel free to ask our customer service agent for directions when picking up your tickets. They will be happy to point you in the right direction.

We recommend heading to the ticket office first to collect your tickets, then following the directions to the nearby parking area. You can then make your way back to the ticket office and wharf on foot, tickets in hand, to wait for your boarding time.

We recommend arriving at the wharf approximately 30 minutes before your scheduled boarding time to ensure a smooth embarkation and avoid any delays. For Zodiac tours, please also allow a little extra time to sign a waiver and receive your waterproof gear.
