Tadoussac Wharf and Ticket Office

Located in the heart of Tadoussac village, our ticket office is easily accessible and just a few minutes' drive from the boarding wharf. It is the main service point for purchasing whale watching tour tickets and picking up tickets purchased online.

On the day of your activity, if you have purchased your tour online, please stop by the ticket office to collect your tickets before heading to the boarding wharf.

We recommend arriving at the wharf approximately 30 minutes before your scheduled boarding time to ensure a smooth embarkation and avoid any delays.

Please note that there is no parking directly at the boarding wharf. Paid parking is available nearby at the Marine Mammal Interpretation Centre (108, rue de la Cale Sèche). Additional parking options are also available in the surrounding area.
