FAQ Special requests

  • Do you allow pets on your cruises?

In accordance with the rights of individuals who require an assistance animal due to a disability, only service dogs and emotional support animals are permitted on our boat tours. For safety reasons related to the more limited configuration of this type of vessel, no animals can be accepted on our Zodiac tours.

Service dogs must wear an identifying marker that clearly indicates their status, and the person they accompany must be able to present a certificate issued by a recognized organization confirming that the dog has received appropriate training. In the case of emotional support animals, the person must be able to provide a medical certificate issued by a healthcare professional confirming the need to be accompanied by their animal.

For bus transportation, service dogs must remain at the owner’s feet or in the aisle nearby.

Individuals travelling with an assistance animal must supervise the animal at all times, ensure its good behaviour, and keep it on a leash. They must also make sure that the animal does not display any disruptive or aggressive behaviour, in order to maintain a safe and pleasant environment for all guests.

We recommend notifying us in advance of your visit with an assistance animal to facilitate your arrival. For more information, please contact our customer service department.

  • Is it possible to charter one of your boats?

Of course! All our cruise ships can be privatized for your event, whether it is for 20 or 1,000 people! Please contact us at 1-866-856-6668 for all the details.
